| To remove the file or Internet address attachment which you have associated with an article:
|
|
|
 | Make sure that the Article Window is open.
|
|
|
| If the Article Window is not open, double-click on the article's title in the Titles column of the Index Window. If the article is not listed, refer to the procedure for Finding the Information You Need.
|
|
|
| Select the Article Properties command from the Article menu.
|
|
|
| The Article Properties dialog box is displayed.
|
|
|
| Select the Attachment tab.
|
|
|
| In the Attachment Type box, select the None option.
|
|
|
| Select the OK button to close the Article Properties dialog box.
|
|
|
| The attachment is no longer assigned to this article. Note that if the attachment was a disk file, the file is NOT deleted from your disk.
