Article Properties Command

Displays information about the current article and allows you to specify settings for this article.

The Article Properties Dialog Box is divided into two tabbed areas:

•	General shows information about the article and allows you to set basic properties.

•	Attachment allows you to specify and launch the attachment for this article.

Click on the tabs across the top to switch between categories of options.

To access an attachment quickly, select the Article Attachment button from the Tools Toolbar.

To customize settings affecting all data files, use the Preferences Command (File Menu). To customize settings affecting all articles in this data file, use the File Properties Command (File Menu).
