Displays the Preferences Dialog Box allowing you to customize a variety of display and data settings. The Preferences Dialog Box is divided into several tabbed areas:
| • | Index Window includes options affecting the Index Window, including the appearance of the Titles column. |
| • | Articles includes options which affect displaying articles and opening article attachments. |
| • | Display includes screen options, such as toolbar buttons and the default font for new data files. |
| • | Files includes file options, such as the default locations for files. |
| • | Import includes options which affect importing external files. |
| • | Export includes options which affect exporting information to external files. |
| • | Tools includes general options that affect commands. |
Click on the tabs across the top to switch among categories of options.
To customize how your data is printed, use the Page Setup Command (File Menu). To customize settings for the current data file, use the File Properties Command (File Menu).
