Creates reports about the articles and keywords in the current data file. The following reporting options are available:
| • | Index Report creates a list of the articles associated with specified keywords. Select the options that you want for the report from the Index Report Setup Dialog Box. Once the Index Report Window is displayed, you can print the report or export it to a text, RTF, or HTML file. |
| • | Keyword Usage Report displays a count of the articles associated with a list of specified keywords. Select the options that you want for the report from the Keyword Usage Report Setup Dialog Box. Once the Keyword Usage Report Window is displayed, you can print the report or export it to a text, RTF, or HTML file. |
| • | Check for Duplicate Articles scans your data file for articles which are identical. If duplicates are found, you may choose to delete them using the Duplicate Articles Dialog Box. |
This command is only available if a data file is open. To open an existing data file, use the Open Command (File Menu).
