| To create a list of articles associated with selected keywords:

|
 | Select the Report command from the File menu.
|
|
|
| A cascading menu appears showing the reporting options.
|
|
|
| Select Index Report.
|
|
|
| The Index Report Setup dialog box is displayed.
|
|
|
| In the Available column, double-click on each keyword that you want to list articles for.
|
|
|
| Your selected keywords appear in the Included column.
|
|
|
| Select the OK button.
|
|
|
| The Index Report Window is displayed, listing all articles associated with each selected keyword.
|
|
|
| To close the Index Report Window, select the Close button.
|
