Associating a Web Address with an Article

You can associate any Internet address (URL) with an article by creating an article attachment. To create an Internet Address attachment:

•	Highlight the article's title in the Titles column of the Index Window.

OR Open the article's Article Window by double-clicking on its title in the Index Window.

•	Click on the Article Attachment button on the Tools Toolbar.

OR Select the Article Properties command from the Article menu.

The Article Properties dialog box is displayed.

•	Select the Attachment tab.

If you used the Article Attachment button on the Toolbar, you are already at the Attachment tab.

•	In the Attachment Type box, select Internet Address.

•	In the Target box, type or paste the URL that you want to associate with this article.

•	Select the OK button to save the attachment.

The URL is now associated with this article. A paper clip icon appears in the upper right corner of the Article Window. Hold the mouse cursor over this icon to verify the name of the attachment.
