| You can delete an article from either the Index Window or the article's Article Window. To permanently remove an article from an open data file:

 | Highlight the article's title in the Titles column of the Index Window.
|
| OR Open the article's Article Window by double-clicking on its title in the Index Window.
|
|
|
| Select the Delete Article command from the Article menu.
|
|
|
| You are asked to verify that you want to delete the article. Select the Yes button.
