Deleting an Article

You can delete an article from either the Index Window or the article's Article Window. To permanently remove an article from an open data file:

 

•Highlight the article's title in the Titles column of the Index Window.

OR Open the article's Article Window by double-clicking on its title in the Index Window.

 

•Select the Delete Article command from the Article menu.

 

You are asked to verify that you want to delete the article. Select the Yes button.
