Exports Personal Knowbase articles or a report to an ASCII text file, HTML file, RTF file, Cardfile formatted file, another Knowbase file, or CSV file.

 

If the current window is the Index Window or an Article Window, the specified articles are exported. Select the range and parts of articles to export from the first dialog box displayed, the Export Articles Setup Dialog Box. From the second Export Dialog Box, select a name for the exported file. Modified articles are saved before being exported.

 

If the current window is the a report window, the contents of the report are exported to a text, RTF, or HTML file. Select a name for the exported file from the Export Dialog Box.

 

This command is only available if a data file is open. To open an existing data file, use the Open Command (File Menu).
