Retrieving Bookmarked Articles

Bookmarking articles marks a set of articles for easy access. To retrieve bookmarked articles in an open data file:

 

Select the Show Bookmarked Titles button on the Toolbar.

OR Select the Show Bookmarked Titles command from the Article menu.

 

The titles of all bookmarked articles in the data file are displayed in the Bookmarked Titles column of the Index Window.

 

Scan through the list of titles until you find the title of the article you want.

 

Double-click on the article's title.

 

An Article Window showing the contents of this article opens.

 

To close the article, click on the window's close box.

 

To print only bookmarked articles, use the Print Command (File Menu). To export only bookmarked articles to an external file, use the Export Command (File Menu). To search for a text string only in bookmarked articles, use the Find Command (Edit Menu).
