To print articles, rather than a report, make sure that the current window is either the Index Window or an Article Window. Then, to print a series of articles:

 

Click on the Print button on the Toolbar.

OR Select the Print command from the File menu.

 

The Print dialog box is displayed.

 

From the Print Range box, select which articles to print.

 

You may print all the articles in your data file, only the bookmarked articles, the currently selected articles (if a list of articles is selected), only articles highlighted in the Titles column, or just the current article (if an Article Window is the current window).

 

From the Print What box, select what parts of the articles to print.

 

You probably want to select at least Include Titles and Include Article Content.

 

To sort the articles by their article dates, select Dates from the Sort by box.

 

If you leave Titles selected, the articles are sorted by their titles.

 

To print more than one copy of the specified articles, type the number of copies desired in the Copies edit box.

 

Select the OK button.

 

Your articles are sent to the printer.

 

Before printing, you may want to check the page format. Select the Page Setup command on the File menu to change margins, page numbering, page header and footer, and other printing format options.
