Changing the Order of an Article's Attachments

You can change the order of an article's attachments. This affects the order in which attachments are opened and the order that attachments are displayed in the Image Gallery.

•	Make sure that the Article Window is open.

If the Article Window is not open, double-click on the article's title in the Titles column of the Index Window. If the article is not listed, refer to the procedure for Finding the Information You Need.

•	Select the Article Properties command from the Article menu. Then move to the Attachments tab.

OR Click on the Article Attachments button on the Tools Toolbar.

The Article Properties dialog box is displayed, showing the Attachments tab. The order in which the attachments are listed is the order in which they are opened.

•	In the attachments list, highlight the attachment that you want to change the order of.

•	Click the Up Arrow and Down Arrow buttons to move the attachment to where you want it in the order.

•	Highlight and move other attachments in the same way until the attachments are listed in the desired order.

•	Select the OK button to save attachment changes.
