Menu Commands
| New | Creates a new data file. |
| Open | Opens an existing data file. |
| Close | Closes the currently open data file. |
| Save File | Saves all changes made to the current data file. |
| Compact | Compacts and repairs an existing data file. |
| Import | Imports information from external files. |
| Export | Exports information to an external file. |
| Report | Creates reports about articles and keywords. |
| Preferences | Customizes settings for the Index Window, articles, and files. |
| File Properties | Displays information about the current data file and customizes data file settings. |
| Show Private Articles | Reveals or hides password-protected articles. |
| Page Setup | Customizes page layout and headers for printing. |
| Prints a series of articles or a report. |
| Exit | Exits Personal Knowbase. |
List of the most recently accessed files Opens the specified data file.
