Show Private Articles Command (File Menu)

Reveals or hides any articles which have been password-protected. You are prompted to enter the file's password. After you enter the password correctly, password-protected articles are displayed in the Titles column and are treated the same as other articles for all operations.

 

When private articles are revealed, this command is checked. You can hide private articles again by selecting the command a second time.

 

This command is only available if a password has been set for this file. To set a password for an individual article, see the Article Properties Command (Article Menu). To set a password for the entire data file, see the File Properties Command (File Menu).
