Editing a Hypertext Link

To modify an existing hypertext link:

•	Within the content area of the Article Window, click on the hypertext link that you want to change.

The entire link is selected.

•	Click on the Edit Hypertext link button on the Tools Toolbar.

OR Select the Edit Hypertext Link command from the Edit menu.

This is normally the Insert Hypertext Link command, but changes to the Edit Hypertext Link command when an existing link is selected.

The Hypertext Link Properties dialog box is displayed.

•	In the dialog box, you can change the Link Text, Link Type, or Target as desired.

Use the Browse button if you want to select a new Target for a File Name, Folder, or Knowbase Article link.

•	Select the OK button after making your changes.
