| To modify an existing hypertext link:

|
 | Click on the hypertext link that you want to change within the content area of the Article Window.
|
|
|
| The entire link is selected.
|
|
|
| Select the Edit Hypertext Link command from the Edit menu.
|
|
|
| This is normally the Insert Hypertext Link command, but changes to the Edit Hypertext Link command when an existing link is selected.
|
| The Hypertext Link Properties dialog box is displayed.
|
|
|
| In the dialog box, you can change the Link Text, Link Type, or Target as desired.
|
|
|
| Use the Browse button if you want to select a new Target for a File Name, Folder, or Knowbase Article link.
|
|
|
| Select the OK button after making your changes.
|
