Sorting Titles by Date |

You can sort the articles listed in the Titles column by titles or dates, ascending or descending. To sort by dates, with the most recent articles at the top:
| • | Select the Sort by command from the View menu. |
| • | Select Dates Descending from the cascading menu. |
The titles in the Index Window are immediately resorted.
| • | To return to an alphabetical ordering of the titles, select the Titles Ascending option from the Sort by cascading menu. |
| TIP: | You can also sort titles by clicking on the Titles column header in the Index Window. Click on the Date header to sort by dates ascending. Click on it a second time to sort by dates descending. |
