Index Report Setup Dialog Box

Creates a list of the articles associated with specified keywords. This dialog box is displayed when you select the Index Report option from the Report Command (File Menu).

Select keywords from the Available list to move them to the Included list. Select the OK button to list all articles associated with the keywords from the Included list. Select Cancel to cancel the command.

You can resize this dialog box by dragging the bottom edge of the window.

Keyword Lists

Available

This list shows all of the keywords in the current data file except those which have been moved to the Included list. Select keywords from this list to use for the Index Report.

Included

This list shows all keywords which have been selected from the Available list to use for the Index Report. To remove a keyword from this list, highlight the keyword and press the Del key.

Buttons

Clear

Removes all keywords from the Included list.

Select All

Moves all keywords from the Available list to the Included list.

Displays the advanced report range options Report Range and Dates. This button is only available if the advanced options are not shown.

Less

Hides the advanced report range options. This button is only available if the advanced options are shown.

Report Range

Select which articles to include in the report:

•	If All Articles is selected, all articles are considered for the report.

•	If Bookmarked Articles is selected, only the currently bookmarked articles in the data file are considered. This option is only available if there are bookmarked articles.

•	If Selected Articles is selected, only the articles currently listed in the Titles column of the Index Window are considered. This option is only available if at least one title is listed.

•	If Highlighted Articles is selected, only the articles highlighted in the Titles column of the Index Window are considered. This option is only available if you have highlighted titles in the Titles column.

Dates

A date in the From box limits your results to articles dated on or after that date. A date in the To box limits your results to articles dated on or before that date.
