Menu Commands
| Add Keyword to Index | Adds one or more unassigned keywords to the Index. |
| Import Keyword List | Imports a list of keywords from an external file. |
| Export Keywords List | Exports a list of all keywords to an external file. |
| Edit Keyword | Edits the selected keyword's name or groups. |
| Merge Keyword | Combines the currently selected keyword with another keyword. |
| Delete Keyword | Deletes the selected keyword from the Index. |
| Change Keywords for Article | Modifies the keyword list for the current article. |
| Create Keyword | Creates a keyword from the selected text and assigns it to the current article. |
| Manage Keyword Groups | Creates, deletes, or changes the keyword membership of a keyword group. |
| NOTE: | This menu is only available if a data file is open. |
