Finding Articles with Attachments

To retrieve articles that have attachments within an open data file:

•	Select the Show Articles with Attachments command from the Article menu.

The titles of all articles which have attachments are displayed in the Titles column of the Index Window, whose header is now Articles with Attachments.

•	Scan through the list of titles until you find the title of the article you want.

•	Double-click on the article's title.

•	To close the article, click on the window's close box.

TIP:	If you need to find articles with attachments which also fit some other criteria, use the Build Query Command (Edit Menu) and include the Attachments operator in your query.
