Changing a File's Default Font

You can format the article content text using the Font command from the Format menu. For more information, see Formatting an Article.

 

All other text uses the file's default font. This includes text in the Index Window and report windows, as well as the title, keywords, and date in the Article Window. You can change the font used to display and print this text.

 

To change the default font for the currently open data file:

 

Select the File Properties command from the File menu.

 

The File Properties dialog box is displayed.

 

Select the Font button.

 

The Font dialog box is displayed.

 

From the Font list box, select a font name from the list of installed fonts.

 

The sample text reflects your choices.

 

In the Font Style list box, specify if you want to boldface or italicize the font.

 

From the Size list box, select a size for your font.

 

Select the OK button.

 

You are returned to the File Properties dialog box.

 

Select the OK button.

 

Personal Knowbase applies your chosen default font to the data file.

 

To change the default font for all future new data files, use the Font button from the Files tab of the Preferences dialog box (File Menu).
