There are several ways to assign keywords to an article from its Article Window.

These actions will bring up the Keywords for Article Dialog Box from which you can modify the keyword list:

Double-click on the Keywords list.
Press the Enter or Ins (Insert) key when a keyword is highlighted.
Start typing a keyword into the Keywords list.

These actions assign the appropriate keywords directly:

Select a word or phrase in the Article Content area and use the Create Keyword Command (Keyword Menu) to make that text a keyword.
Drag a selected word or phrase from the Article Content area into the Keywords list.
Drag one or more keywords to the Keywords list from any keyword list in the Index Window.
Drag one or more keywords from another Article Window's Keywords list to this window's Keywords list.
Drag a selected word or phrase into the Keywords list from another Windows application which supports dragging.

To remove a keyword from the article, highlight it and press the Del key. To select multiple keywords, see Selecting Multiple List Items.
