Keyword Usage Report Setup Dialog Box

Displays a count of the articles associated with a list of specified keywords. This dialog box is displayed when you select the Keyword Usage Report option from the Report Command (File Menu).

Select keywords from the Available list to move them to the Included list. Select the OK button to count the articles associated with the keywords from the Included list. Select Cancel to cancel the command.

You can resize this dialog box by dragging the bottom edge of the window.

Keyword Lists

Available

This list shows all of the keywords in the current data file except those which have been moved to the Included list. Select keywords from this list to use for the Keyword Usage Report.

Included

This list shows all keywords which have been selected from the Available list to use for the Keyword Usage Report. To remove a keyword from this list, highlight the keyword and press the Del key.

Buttons

Clear

Removes all keywords from the Included list.

Select All

Moves all keywords from the Available list to the Included list.

Count Range

You may choose to include only keywords assigned to a minimum or maximum number of articles. Specify the minimum number of articles required as the At least option. Specify the maximum number of articles required as the No more than option.

Sort by

Select how to sort the keyword list:

•	If Keywords is selected, the keywords are sorted alphabetically.

•	If Count is selected, the keywords are sorted by frequency of use.

Select the sort method:

•	If Ascending is selected, the keywords are sorted from A to Z or from least to most frequent.

•	If Descending is selected, the keywords are sorted from Z to A or from most to least frequent.

TIP:	Sort by Count Descending to see the most frequently used keywords at the top of your list.
