Keyboard Options for the Index Window

For a list of general keyboard shortcuts available, see Keyboard Shortcuts. The following keyboard options are specific to the Index Window:

Deletes the highlighted keyword from the data file.

Moves the highlighted keyword back to the Index column.

Deletes the highlighted keyword group from the data file.

Ins

Index

Adds unassigned keywords to the Index.

Creates a new article.

Keyword Groups

Adds a new keyword group to the data file.

Enter

Index

Moves the highlighted keyword to the Selected column.

Enter

Selected

Moves the highlighted keyword back to the Index column.

Titles

Opens the highlighted article.

TIP:	When the cursor is in the Index, typing the first few letters of a keyword moves the cursor to the keyword. You can then simply press Enter to move the keyword to the Selected column.
