If you previously purchased Personal Knowbase Version 2, you are entitled to purchase the Version 3.0 upgrade for only $19.95 (US).

To receive this discount, you must order using the Discount Code from the upgrade announcement email which we sent to our regular Customer Mailing List. (If you did not receive the announcement and are eligible for the discount, feel free to contact us for a Discount Code.)

Upgrade Instructions

1. Download the new software:

   Click here to download the Personal Knowbase 3.0 installation file:

   pksetup.exe

2. Order your Personal Knowbase 3.0 upgrade:

   Follow the link below to connect to our order processor. Enter your upgrade Discount Code in the appropriate field.

   Click Here to Order

3. Watch your email for your registration information for version 3.0.
   
   
4. Install the software:
   
   
   1. Run PKSETUP.EXE from your download folder.
   2. Follow the installation instructions on the screen.
   3. Install this version in the same folder as your previous version. As long as you install the new version over the old one, your user preferences will remain in effect.
   4. We recommend that you keep a backup copy of the original downloaded file in case you need to re-install the software someday.
   
   
5. Enter your registration information by clicking on the "Register Now..." button when you run the software.
