| You can assign one or more keywords to an article by dragging them from another article. To copy a keyword between articles:

|
| Open the article you want to copy the keywords from. This is the "source" article.
|
|
|
| If the article is not displayed in an Article Window, refer to the procedure for Finding the Information You Need.
|
|
|
| Similarly, open the article you want to copy the keywords to. This is the "destination" article.
|
|
|
| Position the two Article Windows so that the Keywords lists of both windows are visible.
|
|
|
| In the Keywords list of the source article, highlight the keyword that you want to assign to the destination article.
|
|
|
| To assign more than one keyword, highlight all keywords you want. See Selecting Multiple List Items.
|
|
|
| Click on the selected keyword(s) and hold the left mouse button down while moving the mouse cursor to the Keywords list of the destination article.
|
|
|
| Release the left mouse button.
|
|
|
| The selected keywords are added to the Keywords list of the destination article.
