| You can assign one or more keywords to a group of articles in the Index Window by dragging the keywords from the Index column to the Titles column. To assign a keyword to highlighted articles:

| In the Titles column, highlight the articles that you want to assign the keyword to.
|
|
|
| Click on a title to highlight it. To highlight several items, see Selecting Multiple List Items. To highlight all titles in the column, click on the column and then select the Select All command from the Edit menu.

| In the Index column, highlight the keyword that you want to assign.
|
|
|
| To assign more than one keyword, highlight all keywords you want. See Selecting Multiple List Items.
|
|
|
| Click on the selected keyword(s) and hold the left mouse button down while moving the mouse cursor to the Titles column.
|
|
|
| Release the left mouse button.
|
|
|
| You are asked to verify that you want to assign the keyword(s) to the highlighted articles. Select the Yes button.
