Paragraph Dialog Box

Sets the paragraph formatting for the currently selected paragraph(s). To save your settings, click the OK button.

This dialog box is displayed when you select the Paragraph Command (File Menu).

Alignment

Aligns the current paragraph to the left, right, or center. The option currently in use is shown. Use the drop menu to change the setting.

First Line Indent

Sets the indentation of the first line of the current paragraph differently than the rest of the paragraph. The option currently in use is shown.

•	None is the default and gives the first line the same indentation as the rest of the paragraph.

•	Indent causes the first line to indent further to the right than the other lines in the paragraph.

•	Hanging causes the all lines except the first line to indent further to the right than the first line.

Line Spacing

Sets the line spacing for the current paragraph. You can select single, double, or 1.5 spacing.
