Customizes how Personal Knowbase prints your data. To save your page attributes, select the OK button. These attributes only affect the current data file. Selecting the Set as Default button causes the current settings to affect all new data files as well.

 

To change the printer font, use the File Properties Command (File Menu).

 

This dialog box is displayed when you select the Page Setup Command (File Menu).

 

Margins

 

Specifies distances between the edges of the page and the edges of printed text:

 

Top

Specifies the distance before the first line of printed text. The page header is printed just inside the top margin.

 

Bottom

Specifies the distance after the last line of printed text. The page footer is printed just inside the bottom margin.

 

Left

Specifies the distance to the left of the text.

 

Right

Specifies the distance to the right of the text.

 

Article Separation

 

When you print more than one article, this attribute specifies how the articles should be separated:

 

Blank Line leaves a simple blank line between each article.
Solid Line prints a line between each article.
Page Break prints each article on a separate page.

 

Article Details

 

Boldface Article Titles

If this box is checked, the title of each article is printed in bold face.

 

Print Article Dates

If this box is checked, each article's date is printed just below its title.

 

Print Article Keywords

If this box is checked, each article's keywords are printed just below its date.

 

Set as Default

 

Changes the default page settings. If this button is clicked, the current settings affect all new data files. Set as Default is not undoable.
