Changes the header to be printed at the top of the page and the footer to be printed at the bottom. By default, the header is your data file's name, and the footer is the page number. To use the header and footer you have chosen, select the OK button.

 

To change the printer font or to change the Export Header for exported files, use the File Properties Command (File Menu).

 

This dialog box is displayed when you select the Page Setup Command (File Menu).

 

Header

 

Type the text that you want to be printed at the top of the page.

 

Print Header on First Page Only

If this box is checked, the header appears only on the first page. Otherwise, it appears at the top of each page.

 

Footer

 

Type the text that you want to be printed at the bottom of the page.

 

Print Footer on First Page

If this box is checked, the footer appears on every page, including the first. Otherwise, it appears on all pages except the first page.

 

Insert Buttons

 

Page

Inserts consecutive page numbers at the cursor location in either the header or the footer. The code for inserting the page number is &P.

 

Date

Inserts the current date at the cursor location in either the header or the footer. The code for inserting the current date is &D.

 

Time

Inserts the current time at the cursor location in either the header or the footer. The code for inserting the current time is &T.
