Modifying an Existing Article

You may want to make changes to an article or its keywords after creating it and saving it to your data file. To modify an article:

 

Locate and open the article you want to modify.

 

If the article is not displayed in the current Article Window, refer to the procedure for Finding the Information You Need.

 

To change the title, date, or text content of the article:

 

Move the mouse cursor to where you want to make the change and type the new information.

 

To change the keywords assigned to this article:

 

Double-click on the Keywords list to the right side of the window.

 

The Keywords for Article dialog box is displayed. From here, you can add or delete keywords for this article. Refer to the procedures for Assigning a Keyword to an Article and Deleting a Keyword from an Article.

 

Click on the Article Window's close box to close and save the article.

 

You may be asked whether to save your changes. Specify Yes. This saves the article permanently in the data file.
