Highlight Text Command (Format Menu)

Sets the background color of the current character or selected text within the current article's content area. Select the area which you want to color, then select the Highlight Text command.

 

When you select this command, a small color box is displayed from which you can select an existing color. To use a color not shown, select the Other button. This brings up a color picker dialog box in which you can define a new color.

 

This command is only available if the current window is an Article Window and if a block of text is selected.

 

To access this command quickly, select the Highlight Text button from the Formatting Toolbar.
