File Properties Dialog Box: Privacy

Controls file-level options for password protection. To save your settings, select the OK button.

This dialog box is displayed when you select the File Properties Command (File Menu).

Password Protect All Articles

If this box is checked, all articles become private, and a password is always required to open this data file.

If you have not previously specified a password for this file, when you check this box and select the OK button, you will be prompted to create a password.

Change Password / Set Password Button

Creates a new password for this file. Once a password has been set for this file, the Set Password button changes to the Change Password button.

This displays the Create Password or Change Password Dialog Box.
