Creating a New Data File

To create a new Personal Knowbase data file:

•	Click on the New button on the Toolbar.

OR Select the New command from the File menu.

The New File dialog box is displayed.

•	Select the folder where you want to save your new data file.

•	Type the name of the data file you want to create in the File Name edit box.

•	Select the Save button.

A new data file with the specified name is created.
