Retrieving Tagged Articles

Tagging articles marks a group of articles for easy access. To retrieve tagged articles in an open data file:

•	Select the Show Tagged Titles button on the Toolbar.

OR Select the Show Tagged Titles command from the Article menu.

The titles of all tagged articles in the data file are displayed in the Tagged Titles column of the Index Window.

•	Scan through the list of titles until you find the title of the article you want.

•	Double-click on the article's title.

•	To close the article, click on the window's close box.

To print only tagged articles, use the Print Command (File Menu). To export only tagged articles to an external file, use the Export Command (File Menu). To search for a text string only in tagged articles, use the Find Command (Edit Menu).
