| Tagging articles marks a group of articles for easy access. To retrieve tagged articles in an open data file:

 | Select the Show Tagged Titles button on the Toolbar. 
|
| OR Select the Show Tagged Titles command from the Article menu.
|
|
|
| The titles of all tagged articles in the data file are displayed in the Tagged Titles column of the Index Window.
|
|
|
 | Scan through the list of titles until you find the title of the article you want.
|
|
|
| Double-click on the article's title.
|
|
|
| An Article Window showing the contents of this article opens.
|
|
|
| To close the article, click on the window's close box. 
|
|
|
| To print only tagged articles, use the Print Command (File Menu). To export only tagged articles to a text, RTF, or HTML file, use the Export Command (File Menu). To search for a text string only in tagged articles, use the Find Command (Edit Menu).
