| Look at a Sample File
|
| Use the Open button to open the file SAMPLE.KNO. |
| Double-click on any title in the All Titles column to view an article.
|

| Create Your Own Data File
|
| Use the New button to create a new file. |
| Use the New Article button to create a new article. |
|
|
| Article Window
|
|
|
| Type your information in the Article Title and Content areas.
|
| Double-click on the Keywords list box to assign keywords to the article.
|
| Close the Article Window to save it.
|
|
|
| Index Window
|
|
|
| Your new article's title and keywords appear in the Index Window.
|
| Double-click on a keyword in the Index column to see the titles of all articles associated with that keyword.
