Hides or shows the two keywords columns, the Index and Selected columns, so that only the article titles are displayed in the Index Window.  If this menu command is checked, then the keywords columns are currently displayed.

 

You can also hide the keywords columns and view only the Titles column by clicking on the "handle" between the Selected column and the Titles column.

 

If the two keyword columns are currently hidden, click on the "handle" or use the Keywords Lists Command again to show the columns.
