| You can import keywords from a external text file. To import keywords:

|
 | Select the Import Keywords List command from the Keyword menu.
|
|
|
| The Import Keyword List dialog box is displayed.
|
|
|
| Use the dialog box to select the folder and name of the text file you want to import.
|
|
|
| If the name of the file you want does not have a TXT extension, select the All Files option from the Files of Type box.
|
|
|
| Select the Open button.
|
| OR Double-click on the file name in the files list.
|
|
|
| The file is now imported. For each line in the text file, one keyword is created and inserted into the Index Window's Index column. The new keywords are highlighted in the Index for easy identification.
