| To retrieve articles that have attachments within an open data file:

|
 | Select the Show Articles with Attachments command from the Article menu.
|
|
|
| The titles of all articles which have attachments are displayed in the Titles column of the Index Window, whose header is now Articles with Attachments.
|
|
|
| Scan through the list of titles until you find the title of the article you want.
|
|
|
| Double-click on the article's title.
|
|
|
| An Article Window showing the contents of this article opens.
|
|
|
 | To close the article, click on the window's close box. 
|
|
|
| TIP: | If you need to find articles with attachments which also fit some other criteria, use the Build Query Command (Edit Menu) and include the Attachments operator in your query.
