Displays some basic information about the currently open data file and allows you to customize its settings. To save your settings, select the OK button.
This dialog box is displayed when you select the File Properties Command (File Menu).

File Information
Name
The full path name (drive, folder, and filename) of the file.
Size
The size of the file in bytes.
Keywords
The number of keywords in the index.
Articles
The number of articles stored in the file. New, unsaved articles are not counted.
Read-Only
If this box is checked, the file was opened as a read-only file. A file may be opened read-only from the Open Dialog Box (File Menu).

Word Wrap
If this box is checked, the article text in Article Windows for new articles wraps so that all text is displayed. Otherwise, the text only appears on the next line after an Enter character. Turning off this option can be useful to force tables of data to appear in columns.
To set the Word Wrap property for existing articles, use the Article Properties Command (Article Menu).

Automatically Update Article Dates to Modification Dates
If this box is checked, each article's date is automatically updated to the current date whenever the article is modified. Otherwise, the date only changes when you explicitly edit it or if you select the Set Date to Today Command (Article Menu).

Export Header
Specifies the header for exported files. This header is used for files exported as text, RTF, or HTML files.

Font
Change the default display and printer font for the current data file only. The currently selected font is shown to the left of the Font button. See Font Dialog Box.
This font is the default font for article content text, which may be further formatted from the Article Window. It is also used for the Index Window, reports, titles, dates, keywords, and printing page headers and footers.
