Checking for Updates to Personal Knowbase

You can check whether a newer version of the Personal Knowbase software is available. To check for updates:

•	Select the Check for Personal Knowbase Update command from the Help menu.

You are asked to verify that you want to connect to Bitsmith Software's web site on the Internet. Select the Yes button.

This command then connects to our web site, collects information about the latest version of the software, and determines whether this version is later than the version you are running.

If a newer version exists, you are offered the opportunity to get more information from our web site about the latest version of the software and how you can update your software.
